New Systems S.R.L. incursions in implementing new technologies to their administrative software, giving rise to the rangeAlexa Integrated Systems (SIA) and a new functional concept in their business horizons on its ERP product: reliable, versatile and in constant innovation, they begin to develop specific adaptations to the needs of the industries dedicated to washing and textile processing.
The outward expansion begins. The Alexa Tinto 2.02.10, software consisting of a robust administrative system for Dry Cleaner franchises complemented by a modern POS (point of sales), is exported to Venezuela and Costa Rica. The horizon expands rapidly: Mexico, United States, Puerto Rico, Honduras, Brazil and Panama are added to the regions where Alexa Systems range is known for its unusual standards of quality, support and technological innovation. Due to the demand from new markets, the family of Alexa Systems is translated into three languages.

A new Mexican headquarter is opened in Mexico City, adding the first business partner abroad.
Into that instance forward, the partners adopt a strategic decision to allocate all resources to the analysis and development of business processes inherent to the needs of laundry industry and Textile Processing on an Industrial scale. Thus it verticalizes, extends and refines the range of Alexa Integrated Systems, adapting modules to all specific needs in the industry, and making it a powerful tool capable of placing the company on clear competitive advantage.
It is decided to predetermine the Recommended Practices for each process, but without discriminating the dozens of alternative methodologies for each process, treasured in our growing know how.- This way, we ensure to be able to offer a software 100% fully customizable to the requirements and working methods of each laundry profile and dimension.
The tracking technology (RFID) is incorporated and added to peripheral resources that the system had already integrated (fingerprint sensors, PLC control of any kind of laundry equipment, fiscal controllers, convoyeur automatic, electronic billing, voice operation management, camcorders, electronic scales, etc.). Later UHF RFID technologies, iris scans and facial recognition devices would be added.
After several relative success experiences of RFID projects, and, based on the strategic decision to position our product as the natural choice in terms of security, functionality and quality, commercial society is established with Datamars SA(Switzerland), the undisputed world leader in the development of RFID Laundry chips. This relationship will be strengthened over the years in professional, commercial and human terms, currently defined as a relationship of absolute trust and permanent exchange.
Alexa starts to take position in the sector, not only through recommendations of users, but also by participating in various conventions of vast prestige and sustained presence:
Expodetergo (Milan); Hotelga (Argentina), Emitex (Argentina); Clean Show (USA), Girbau Convention (guest speakers), etc. Certain mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) are incorporated, to replace the obsolete classic collectors.
A headquarter in Fortaleza, Brasil is opened and an alliance with Iraola & Co. is made, for the development and commercialization of Alexa version for the control of traceability hospital clothing "floor by floor" in health facilities that lack their own laundry.
A headquarter is opened in Florida (USA) and an ambitious expansion program for the next five years is outlined. Resources for the development of the 4th generation Alexa are assigned, and for the translation into four other languages , which would be added to the three current languages.
